Ok folks, scratch that it's ending on the 9th. Seems that Heldy paid attention to that date as well. I got an update from paypal last night: "The seller has provided the following information in response to your complaint, indicating that the item was shipped." Included was a tracking number from USPS and an option to cancel my claim, less the investigation will continue.
Well, the tracking number shows (online) that something was mailed from Pana, IL on 9/6.
I just got back from the wonderful PO and they were able to provide a little more. The package was shipped to my zipcode, priority mail and weighs over 14 lbs. So, given that it was shipped to my address, it should get here tomorrow or monday.
Paypal's email did not show Heldy's wording, and I did not receive an email from him about this. Anyone else get a claim update? ... Doc? murfness?

Well, I actually got a package from Heldy! I opened it immediately - and inside was a very used helmet and adflo system with scratches, deep grooves, and initials "TN" on several items. WTF?? His listing stated brand new, by the way.
I got a direct email from Heldy yesterday, 9/9. " I sincerly appoligize for all of the inconvenice and trouble this has been. Your item was shipped when you purchased it through ups I kept checking the tracking number and it just said in transit. I thought it would have surly got to you by now. Well I shipped your item and others from my fathers shop and it was returned, but no one ever told me they were returned, said that ups wouldn't deliver to a PO box #. Now that your item has been delivered through USPS will you please drop your dispute. I am really SORRY for all the trouble I have put you through.

I guess hotmail doesn't have spell check? Ofcourse he wants me to drop the dispute - as paypal has frozen his account.
Just got off the phone w/paypal, who is changing the dispute from non-receipt of item to received item significantly different. This will further the investigation.
